Go to CharityScorecard.org.

In 2006 the OpenAgenda.org web site was replaced by the newer CharityScorecard.org site. I've left the old OpenAgenda.org content here just for the historical record.

People

So far only a couple people are involved, since the project is just getting started. Hopefully we'll eventually have lots of names on this list.

Brian Douglas Skinner
Brian is a happily unemployed software designer, now in his 40s, living in San Francisco. This openagenda project is his second take at amateur philanthropy. The first time he tried it was in the early 1990s, which led to his 1993 gumption memo. Brian keeps a weekly status log of the work he does on the project.
Brian's Mom
Brian's Mom is the one who made this all possible, by initially providing the money to be given away. After a long career at the World Bank, Brian's Mom has retired to the old family farm in Kansas, where she drives a pickup truck and lives in a stone cottage dating from the 1800s.
